Manufacturing at the record low, Prime Minister 'surrendered' without new ideas: Rahul Gandhi

Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Saturday alleged that the manufacturing records in the country are at a low -lying level and electronic goods are only ‘assembled’ and imported. He also claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done ‘surrender’ without new ideas in this context.

The former Congress president visited a laptop and a mobile shop at Nehru Place in Delhi. He shared the video of this on YouTube and X.

Rahul Gandhi said that “Make in India” promised the factory revolution, so why is the manufacturing record at the low, why the unemployment of the youth is at a historic height, and why have imports more than doubled? He claimed, “Comes slogans to Modi ji, not a solution. Since 2014, the share of manufacturing sector is only 14 percent in our economy.”

Rahul Gandhi mentioned this, “I met Shivam and Saif at Nehru Place in Delhi. Both are clever, skilled, full of expectations, but they did not get a chance to prove their ability.” He said, “It is a bitter truth that we assemble, import, but do not build. China is earning profit.”

Rahul Gandhi alleged that without new ideas, Modi ji has surrendered, whose PLI scheme was so publicized. Now it is being quietly withdrawn. “He emphasized that India needs a basic change that will empower millions of producers with honest reforms and financial support.

The Congress leader said, “We have to stop becoming a market for others. If we do not make here, we will continue to buy from others. The time is passing fast.”
