Mayawati called for political solidarity after the Pahalgam terror attack

Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on Wednesday called for political solidarity in view of the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir and urged all political parties to support the government’s action instead of making rhetoric.

Mayawati said in her post on ‘X’, “All the parties should unite and stand up with every step of the government regarding the Pahalgam terror attack and not by making posters and rhetoric under its guise, because there should be confusion among the people which is not good in the country.”

In another post, the BSP chief warned the parties against the name of Dr. BR Ambedkar being dragged in this issue. He wrote, “In this case, the creator of the Indian Constitution, Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar should not be insulted at all. Especially the SP and Congress should take special care of this, otherwise the BSP can also take to the streets against them.
