Dehradun, September 8 (IANS). BJP’s membership drive is also going on in full swing in Uttarakhand. Workers are reaching the BJP office and getting their membership renewed. BJP MLA Vinod Chamoli gave this information on Sunday.
The Minority Front is also playing an active role in the membership campaign of the Bharatiya Janata Party. BJP MLA Vinod Chamoli said that a minority cell has already been formed within the party.
He said that out of the total six fronts in BJP, one is Minority Front. It has always been working very actively. Minority Front has always been involved in the membership drive. BJP has given the target of getting membership to all the fronts. In this sequence, this responsibility has also been given to Minority Front.
He launched the membership campaign at the party office in Dehradun along with BJP state president Mahendra Bhatt and other cabinet ministers. CM was given membership by BJP state president Mahendra Bhatt. With this, BJP’s organisational mega festival was formally started at the state level.
This time the target of BJP’s membership campaign is to connect 10 crore people with the party. All the workers of BJP are cooperating in taking the campaign forward. In BJP ruled states, people are being connected to the party under the leadership of CM. The first phase of the campaign is to run till 25 September.
According to the party’s plan, after reviewing the first phase, the second phase of the membership campaign will be conducted from October 1 to 15. An active membership campaign will be conducted from October 16 to 31 and after the active membership campaign, the election of the president will begin from the booth level in the party, which will continue till the election of Mandal, District, State and then National President.
