Ghaziabad, 7 March (IANS). Peethadhishwar Acharya Pramod Krishnam of Kalki Dham on Friday reprimanded those who are trolling the star bowler of the Indian cricket team Mohammed Shami. He said that he is not ready to consider those people who are trolling Shami.
During a conversation with news agency IANS in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Acharya Pramod Krishnam said that Mohammed Shami is a patriotic Muslim and being a patriot is the biggest identity. What Mohammed Shami is doing for the country at this time is the biggest virtue and service to the country is the biggest prayer. Those who are accusing Shami have no knowledge of Islam and those who are trolling Mohammed Shami, “I am not ready to consider him a Muslim”.
In response to a question, Acharya Pramod Krishnam said that Holi is a national festival, which is a celebration of the whole of India. No one can come in the way of sect, faith or religion. People who issued decree against Holi do not understand the culture of the country. From Ajmer Dargah to Nizamuddin Auliya, many revered Sufi saints adopted the spirit of Holi. Famous poets like Amir Khusro wrote songs about Holi, in which the essence of love and unity is celebrated. If someone talks about banning Holi, he does not clearly understand this country, and action should be taken against such people.
On the writing of Swami Vivekananda Marg on the Nemaplet by BJP leaders in Tughlaq Lane, Delhi, Acharya Pramod Krishnam said that if a person, king or emperor is also called a fool with ‘intelligent’, he was Mohammed bin Tughlaq. The name of the road named after him is a symbol of stupidity. The Tughlaq Lane is the place where Rahul Gandhi lives and it seems appropriate. It does not seem appropriate for a wise or distinguished person to live there.
On ‘IIT Baba’, Acharya Pramod Krishnam said that if a madman starts calling himself ‘Baba’, or the media starts presenting him as ‘Baba’, then what is this? These addicts and drunk people, where did they come from? There is a rich tradition of Sanatan Dharma, so why talk about such clowns?
