New Delhi, September 13 (IANS). Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal got bail from the Supreme Court on Friday. After this, there is a wave of happiness among his supporters. BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has said that after this decision, opposition parties should stop questioning the judiciary of the country.
Naqvi said, “The judiciary does its work impartially. Those who questioned the court’s decision till yesterday should stop doing so.”
He said that after Kejriwal got bail, his supporters are saying that truth has won. They should first decide when truth wins for them and when it loses.
The BJP leader said that the judiciary does its work impartially. One hole after another is being seen in the bundle of AAP’s crimes. Now they will have to answer to the public.
On West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s statement that she is “ready to resign”, Naqvi said, “Didi’s bullying has now turned into emotional bullying.
“If she had taken strict action, she would not have had to say that I will resign. One thing is clear from her statement that the people there have lost faith in Mamata Banerjee’s government.”
He said that the government of West Bengal does not appear to be a government elected by the Constitution. It seems that some anarchist elements have hijacked the government.
Regarding the question raised on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s participation in Ganesh Puja at the residence of Chief Justice of India D.Y. Chandrachud, the BJP leader said that the opposition should explain what they have a problem with. Do they have a problem with the Prime Minister’s popularity? Do they have a problem with the Puja or with his participation in the Puja?
Naqvi said, “The way the opposition has raised the question, it is clear that they do not have a problem with the puja. Rather, they have a problem with the popularity of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
