Mumbai, January 5 (IANS). BJP launched a membership campaign on Sunday in Mankhurd Shivaji Nagar, Mumbai. Under this campaign, a large number of Muslim youth joined BJP. Samajwadi Party leader Abu Azmi is also an MLA from this area.
At the same time, Dr. Mahtab, who has joined BJP, told IANS that he feels very good to join BJP. He praised this party and said that it is a very good party. Where everyone is given a chance to express his views. Work is done in this party in accordance with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s slogan ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’. Under the current membership campaign, efforts are being made to connect people from other communities including Hindu, Muslim, Sikh and Christian to the party.
He further said that the Prime Minister says that all the people in the society have to be developed and we are working in this direction.
He also expressed his views regarding Bangladeshi infiltrators. He said what is the use of Bangladeshis in our country. Our Muslims are needed in our country. We will think about their development. Bangladeshis are snatching away our food and drinks. The scheme that the government is running is running correctly. We oppose Bangladeshis. We want that if Bangladeshis come, they should leave later. They have no right to live here.
Abdul Bari Khan, who took membership of BJP on this occasion, while talking to IANS said that this party works in the interest of the country. Works in the development of the country. I have no hesitation in saying that we will support whole-heartedly the party which will work in the interest of the country and will work in the development of the country.
He further said that if some people call BJP a Hindu party, then what is wrong in it. Our country is like a garden, where all types of trees, plants and flowers can be seen. If we talk about Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whatever scheme he has brought till date is for all the people of the society.
