Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Thursday that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) led by him is dedicated to poor welfare and committed to the creation of self -sufficient India.
The NDA government led by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will launch a public relations campaign to make people aware of the achievements of its 11 -year term.
On the social media platform ‘X’, Modi said that the NDA government has taken important steps to take many people out of the clutches of poverty by focusing on empowerment, infrastructure and inclusion in more than a decade.
He said that the NDA is committed to the creation of such inclusive and self -sufficient India in which every citizen gets an opportunity to live with respect. He said that all the major schemes of the government have brought changes in the lives of the poor.
He wrote, “Partners such as Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana and Ayushman Bharat have increased access to housing, cooking clean fuel, banking and healthcare. Transparency and profit are ensured rapidly by promoting DBT (direct benefit transfer), digital inclusion and rural infrastructure. ”He said that this is why more than 25 crore people have come out of poverty.
Modi wrote in another ‘post’, “Every step of our government in the last 11 years has been dedicated to service, good governance and poor welfare. During this time our achievements are not only unprecedented, but also make the lives of 140 crore countrymen easier. I am confident that with our efforts to take the country forward, we will definitely achieve the goal of developed and self -sufficient India.
Modi will complete the first year of his third consecutive term on June 9. With this, his uninterrupted 11 years will be completed in power.
The Prime Minister on Wednesday presided over the meeting of the Council of Ministers and asked the ministries to work fast to set high targets and achieve them. He asked the ministers to reach the public and tell them about the major achievements of the government.
