Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday assured the Home Guard that he could contact him directly with his complaints and emphasized that there is no need for any mediator to talk to him.
Gupta made this comment during a meeting with a group of home guards, who claimed that he had not received salary for the last five months.
For the safety of women, the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) buses posted as bus marshals also said that some of them have not received salary since Diwali last year. He said, “If someone wants to talk, then come directly to me, no one needs any kind of mediator.”
The Chief Minister met the Home Guard at his residence. He listened to their problems and assured them that their problems would be resolved soon.
Gupta posted on ‘X’, “The heart is very cheerful to meet the family members who came to meet my residence from every corner of Delhi. During this time, the public listened to the problems of Janardhana carefully and also assured them of their prevention. This selfless love, blessings, affection and support of Delhiites are my power and inspiration. ”
He said that the solution to the problems of the people is the biggest priority of his government, and “I promise you that I will always be committed to protect your interests.”
