The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) believes that the war between India and Pakistan is no longer an alternative, as it will give disastrous consequences for both neighboring countries.
In its monthly newspaper ‘Speak Up’, the opposition party said that the time has come to exercise restraint, reduce stress and talk.
The party said, “War is no longer an alternative; if the leadership does not come forward on this occasion, it will be a disaster for both neighbors. Now is not the time of victory. Now it’s time to take restraint – to reduce stress, conversation, quiet courage required to back down from limits.”
Commenting on the incidents of the last two weeks, the PDP said that this month the subcontinent was standing on the verge of destruction for some painful days.
The party asked, “Missiles flew, drone flew from across the border and the entire villages near the Line of Control agreed to this attack. It was not just a clash – it was a full war. The citizens of both sides paid it to it. The children were killed. The children were killed. The family migrated. The fields were migrated. The fields turned to overnight military posts. And what?”
It said, “Although the purpose of increasing tension was to avenge terrorism and protect sovereignty, but the people of Jammu and Kashmir were once again stuck in firing. We were told that it was to avenge terror. To send a message. To protect sovereignty. But when it comes to the nuclear, there are also boundaries of sovereignty. Once the people of Jammmmmm and Kashmir are stuck in power and Kashmir. The tragedy of geography is trapped. It does not matter that Kashmiri is also burning his dead. “
The party said that it does not matter that common people, who are still recovering from decades of loss, are pleading for peace.
The PDP said, “The sound of beating the chest in the air was echoing, not the voice of conscience. And as the battle of war became faster, the floods of misinformation also increased. Television studio turned into barracks, social media turned into battlefields. Unconfirmed video, nationalist hashtag and choreographed outrage spread in public sector.”
The party said that the truth was damaged in the propaganda war run with the aim of winning hearts, suppressing disagreement and winning votes.
It said, “Nothing can excite the national spirit more than the image of a strong leader standing firmly against a foreign enemy. But when the war becomes a slogan of a campaign, it does not remain defense. It becomes a spectacle. Both India and Pakistan are equipped with weapons, but first and most of the bloods are drowned by the poor, the poor and the border communities. Neither should they be excited to burn such a fire that has to be extinguished. “
It said, “It is not a bravery to play with nuclear threat. After three to four days of death and destruction, fortunately, we saw the ceasefire and people finally breathed a sigh of relief. However, it did not like the” war-lovers “of television studios, which are still thirsty.”
