Bread slices – 8 potatoes – 2-3 onion – 1 green chillies – 2-3 red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder – 1 teaspoon garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon cumin – 1/2 teaspoon /2 teaspoons chopped green coriander – 2 tablespoons tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons butter – 4 tablespoons salt – as per taste
Method
First of all, boil the potatoes and remove it and mash it and keep it aside. After this, cut green chillies, green coriander, onion into fine pieces. Now put a little butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the butter is hot and melted, add cumin, green chillies and finely chopped onion and fry all the ingredients. After this, mix mangoes, garam masala and coriander powder in it. After roasting onion spices for some time, add mashed potatoes and mix it. After this, add red chili powder and salt and mix well. After frying the mixture for 6-7 minutes, turn off the gas. After this, take a bread and apply butter on it. After this, spread the prepared potato mixture over the butter. Now take another piece of bread and put tomato sauce on it and cover it with potato masala. After this, apply butter on the upper part of the bread once again. Now take a sandwich making pot and grill the prepared sandwich in it. After grilling for 4-5 minutes, take out the sandwich. Aloo Masala Sandwich is ready. Cut it into pieces and serve with chutney or tomato sauce.
