Bengaluru, December 28 (IANS). The issue of contractor’s suicide is increasing in Karnataka. Now Karnataka Government Cabinet Minister Priyank Kharge has reacted in this matter. He said in the suicide case that two aspects have come to light in this case. The contractor has said something else, while the accused has also complained in view of another aspect of the incident.
Cabinet Minister Priyank Kharge said, “I am clearly saying that there should be an independent investigation in this matter and I myself have requested the Home Minister to get the matter investigated by an independent investigating agency within the Home Department. So naturally Apparently the BJP thinks they have found some issue, but it’s been a year, the BJP is pressurizing me to resign based on its own motives.”
Priyank Kharge further said, “Neither I, nor my department nor the government is involved in all these activities. Already I have spoken to him, but, right now the Home Minister is not in Bengaluru. So when he comes back. If I go, I will discuss with them again. Do they understand the law of the country? On what basis is he asking? Can I be arrested? As you said, these people just want to hide their internal problems.
He said, “There are cases registered against many of their leaders. There is internal factionalism going on in their party itself. But Priyank Kharge is their favorite and hence they put pressure on me. I believe that I have a very strong ideological inclination, which It’s against his political masters. So it’s quite natural that he always blames me, although he doesn’t come up with the facts and evidence.”
Priyank Kharge raised questions on BJP and said, “Have I ever made any allegation against BJP which is without proof? He is not factual. He always does hit and run. I challenge him to prove these allegations. Am.”
He further said, “There are eight people accused in this case. One of them is the brother of our Congress corporate. This is something which I cannot deny. It does not mean that I am involved in everything. This whole It is true that what they are saying is that it was a pure business transaction. We have transferred the money from the bank, which is a legal transaction. There is no ambiguity. So why was this done? How was it done? Let this come to light in the investigation.”
