Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, 24 March (IANS). Comedian Kunal Kamra is again in the news for Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde for a tanj without naming. Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, while talking to the media on Monday, reacted to Kunal Kamra’s remarks.
Ajit Pawar said on the comment of comedian Kunal Kamra against Eknath Shinde, “No one should not go beyond law, constitution and rules. Everyone should speak within their rights. There may be differences, but it should be taken care to ensure that the police department does not have to interfere with their statements.”
Please tell that a case has been registered against comedian Kunal Kamra at MIDC Police Station in Mumbai. Comedian Kunal Kamra on Sunday uploaded a video on his YouTube channel commenting on Maharashtra politics. In the video, he described him as a ‘traitor’ without naming Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. The video was severely criticized by members of the Shiv Sena faction led by Eknath Shinde and expressed outrage. After the video, Shinde faction leader Rahul Kanal lodged a complaint against Kamra at Khar police station in Mumbai.
Shiv Sena MLA Mazi Patel has filed a case under sections 353 (1), 353 (2) and 356 (2) of the Indian Justice Code at MIDC Police Station.
At the same time, the sarcasm by Kunal Kamra on Eknath Shinde has been called by BJP MLA Ram Kadam. He said that the type of language and behavior Kunal Kamra does for the top leaders and journalists of the country, now the time has come to put a soot on where he meets.
Ram Kadam said, “Kunal Kamra has now crossed all limits in the process of getting a pivotal publicity. Whenever he wants, he uses vulgar language for anyone whenever he wants. What has happened to him? Eknath Shinde is the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, he is a respected person of Maharashtra. He is not an insult to the land of Maharashtra?”
