Mumbai, December 24 (IANS). Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat’s statement that some people raise the issue related to temple-mosque so that they can establish themselves as big leaders of Hindus. On this Rambhadracharya said, this could be his personal statement, he could be the leader of the Sangh and not of Hindu religion.
In fact, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat had said that “some people raise the issue related to temple-mosque so that they can establish themselves as leaders of Hindus. Especially, such things are seen more in the context of Ram Temple. Are meeting.”
Talking to the media on this statement of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Swami Rambhadracharya Maharaj said, “This statement of his may be personal, it has nothing to do with us, because he is not our disciplinarian. He may be the director of the Sangh. Not of Hindu religion.”
He clarified that “Our focus is always on the discipline and truth of the religion. Wherever there are proven sites of Hinduism, we will have our presence there. Wherever evidence of ancient temples is available, we will try to re-establish them. This is not a new imagination for us, but the preservation of our culture and religion based on truth.”
He termed the incident of people killed during violence in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh as unfortunate. He said that Hindus should be united, they should not be polarized.
Regarding the atrocities on Hindu minorities in the neighboring country Bangladesh, he said that the government is taking steps on this, but now more stringent steps should be taken. I will ask Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take a tough stance.
Along with this, he expressed happiness over the organization of Kumbh to be organized in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
Let us tell you that a grand Ram Katha has been organized in Thakur Village of Kandivali in Mumbai, in which the story will be narrated by the famous saint Swami Rambhadracharya Maharaj for seven days. A large number of devotees are likely to attend this event.
The purpose of organizing Ram Katha in Kandivali Thakur Village is only to propagate religion. Rambhadracharya described it as a sacred opportunity to bring positive changes in the lives of devotees.
