On Pawan Kalyan's appeal to form 'Sanatana Dharma Rakshan Board', BJP leader said, no one can end Sanatan

Lucknow, September 22 (IANS) Uttar Pradesh BJP cabinet minister Yogendra Upadhyay had a special conversation with IANS on Saturday. During this, he commented on the adulteration of fat in the Tirupati temple prasad and the so-called controversial statement given by former Akhilesh Yadav regarding the heads of the monastery.

The BJP leader expressed concern over the controversy of adulteration of animal fat in the Prasad of Tirupati temple in Andhra Pradesh. He said, those who did this should be punished. The people who were present at the time when these incidents happened have to be identified. Whoever has done this heinous act should be punished.

On this issue, Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has said that Sanatan Dharma Rakshan Board should be formed at the national level. Supporting this, the BJP leader said, Sanatan is Sanatan, no one can destroy it, but if a board is formed to stop those who attack it, then it is welcome.

Samajwadi Party national president and former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav had said that today there is no difference between the head priests and the mafia. After this he said that we are not commenting on the saints and sages, but Chief Minister Yogi himself is a head priest. On this Yogendra Upadhyay said that the monasteries have given direction to this country. The monasteries have tied this country together. Shankaracharya had united the whole of India from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Kamakhya to Cuttack.

The BJP leader further said sarcastically that Akhilesh Yadav should first correct his knowledge. Mathas are the symbols of unity, integrity and peace consciousness of this country. No mafia flourishes there.

Let us tell you that on Thursday, a big revelation was made on adulteration in the laddus of Tirupati temple of Andhra Pradesh. Fish oil and animal fat have been confirmed to be found in the prasad. This was revealed in a report of the Center of Analysis and Learning in Live Stock and Food (CALF) Lab under the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB).
