Meerut News: On the occasion of the death anniversary of the farmers’ Messiah and former Prime Minister of India late Chaudhary Charan Singh, the Rashtriya Lok Dal organized a social justice conference at SGM Farm House in Lalkurti, Meerut, which caused a renewed stir in the political color of the state. The program was conducted under the chairmanship of State Secretary Ranveer Dahiya, the state president of Social Justice Forum Sangeeta Dohra was well.
The chief guest of the conference, National General Secretary (Organization) Trilok Tyagi reminded Chaudhary Charan Singh’s ideals of social justice, saying, “This is the time to follow his footsteps. We have to create a platform of strong social justice by adding all the underprivileged including Dalits, backward, minorities.”
On this occasion, hundreds of leaders and officials who left the Congress and BSP arrived to take membership of the Rashtriya Lok Dal, which Trilok Tyagi welcomed at the party by wearing a dignified patta. This new passion made the program even more enthusiastic.
Mithlesh Pal, MLA from Meerapur, said, “The Rashtriya Lok Dal has worked to make women and backward classes political power. I myself am a live example of this.” At the same time, Ghulam Mohammad, MLA from Siwalakhas, recalled the rural development of Chaudhary Charan Singh and praised the policies of the party.
National Secretary Prabuddha Kumar committed to connect the Dalit society to the party and said, “This is not just a conference, but a new chapter of the fight for social justice.”
State President of Social Justice Forum Sangeeta Dohra said that this campaign will continue across the state, so that every backward and Dalit society becomes the strength of the Rashtriya Lok Dal. Dozens of state-level leaders, youth, women and regional heads were present in the program, who together resolved to further strengthen this fight of social justice.
