Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the cruel terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir was an attack on humanity. However, India’s quick and accurate response through Operation Sindoor has given a decisive blow to terrorism and exposed Pakistan on the global stage.
Addressing the 50th anniversary celebrations of Sikkim’s state status, PM Modi strongly condemned the Pahalgam attack from Bagdogra, in which 26 unarmed Indian tourists were killed by militants associated with Pakistan.
The Prime Minister said, “Tourism is not only for entertainment, it is a celebration of diversity, but what the terrorists did in Pahalgam were not only an attack on Indians, it was an attack on the soul of humanity, the spirit of brotherhood.”
Emphasizing national unity in front of terrorism, he said, ‘The terrorists took away the happiness of many families. He conspired to divide us into Indians. Nevertheless, today the whole world is looking at a strong, more united India.
Prime Minister Modi said in a strong voice that India responded to terrorism and its sponsors with unbreakable unity and gave a strong, clear message. He said, “They tried to erase vermilion from the heads of our daughters, causing them to sink in grief, but we responded with Operation Sindoor, which caused a shock to terrorism.”
Under Operation Sindoor, the Indian Armed Forces launched an accurate attacks target on nine bases of terrorists located in Pakistan and its occupied Kashmir. PM Modi said that when these bases were destroyed, Pakistan retaliated by attacking Indian military, citizens and religious places.
He said that when the terrorist bases were destroyed, Pakistan tried to attack our citizens and armed forces fearfully, but Pakistan’s poll was also exposed. We destroyed many of his air conditions and proved that India can do whatever he wants. Earlier, in one of his speeches, the Prime Minister reiterated that Operation Sindoor is not over.
He said, “When terrorist bases were destroyed, Pakistan tried to attack our citizens and armed forces fearfully. But Pakistan’s pole was exposed. We destroyed many of their air conditions and proved that India could do whatever it wants with accurate and readiness.”
