Today when Defense Minister Rajnath Singh came out of his car to enter Parliament, Rahul Gandhi and other Congress leaders approached him. During this, there was a brief conversation between Rajnath Singh and Rahul, but as soon as Rahul tried to give the tricolor to Rajnath Singh, he smiled and moved ahead without taking it. Opposition demonstrated at Makar Dwar

MPs from Congress, Rashtriya Janata Dal and other opposition parties had gathered at the Makar Gate of Parliament. The MPs had the tricolor and rose flowers in their hands. Opposition MPs presented the tricolor and rose flowers to the BJP and NDA MPs who entered Parliament and said that the country should not be sold. Wayanad MP and Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra also participated in the protest. Earlier on Tuesday, opposition MPs had protested with blue bags.
