New Delhi, September 18 (IANS). Congress has released its manifesto for the Haryana assembly elections on Wednesday. On the Congress manifesto, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari said that the people of Haryana will never trust the Congress again.
He said, “Congress never issues manifestos as per the plan. It wants to conduct elections by hook or by crook and let the rest of the people go to hell. Right now, the people of Haryana are thinking that whatever promises they made, they did not keep them, that is why Congress never came to power again. These are the people who make false promises. People will never be able to trust Congress, because the people of Congress are happier by defaming the country.”
He further said, “Congress people talk about re-implementing Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. Congress people associate saffron with terrorism. Congress people consider Hindus to be violent. Whenever this party comes to power, it commits scams like 2G, 3G, and sometimes Jijaji. You already know about this. I don’t think that the people of Haryana will ever be able to trust Congress again.”
The manifesto for the Haryana assembly elections was released on Wednesday at a program organized in Delhi. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge released these guarantees under ‘Saat Vaade, Pakke Irada’ in the presence of former Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda. In this, special care has been taken of the interests of women, youth and people from all sections of the society. Congress has promised Rs 2000 per month to women between 18 and 60 years, legal guarantee of minimum support price (MSP) for farmers and immediate compensation in case of crop failure, 300 units of free electricity, caste based survey as well as increasing the limit of OBC’s creamy layer to 10 lakh and providing free treatment facility of 25 lakh.
