Jodhpur, 2 February (IANS). Police have filed a charge sheet 90 days after the incident in the famous beautician Anita Chaudhary murder case of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
According to investigative officer Sunil’s Pawar, the charge sheet has been presented after completion of 90 days in this case. In the charge sheet, the main accused was considered as Ghulamuddin, along with Ghulamuddin’s wife Abid as co -accused. The police investigation has not yet involved any other accused.
According to the police, in the initial investigation, it was revealed that the murder was done with the intention of robbery. Ghulamuddin is of habitual criminal tendency, he has done the work of robbing people by giving drug addiction. He called Anita to her house with the intention of looting, but she did not have much jewelry. Anita fainted due to drug overdose. In such a situation, Ghulamuddin killed Anita with a sharp weapon and cut the body into six pieces and dug a pit in front of her own house.
Ghulamuddin’s wife made a full reign in front of the police. Ghulamuddin made several attempts to avoid arrest and continued to escape, but the police team arrested him in just eight days. Ghulamuddin has been sent behind bars after his arrest. The police is now interrogating his wife and other suspects to detect more aspects of the case.
The victim family has filed a petition in the Rajasthan High Court demanding an inquiry into the case. Meanwhile, the police has also filed a charge sheet 90 days after the incident.
