Madhubani, 7 December (IANS). ‘Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana’ is one of the important schemes of the Central Government. Under this scheme, small and marginal farmers are getting a lot of relief.
Farmers are given Rs 6,000 annually in three installments of Rs 2,000 each. Money is deposited in the bank accounts of farmers by the government. Farmers of Bihar are getting benefits from this scheme. The farmers here are thanking Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this scheme.
Dilip Kumar Paswan, resident of Madhubani district of Bihar, spoke to IANS. He told that he has got the benefit of Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. 6 thousand rupees come into the bank account every year from the central government. This provides a lot of relief in farming. We want to thank Prime Minister Narendra Modi wholeheartedly for this scheme. Since inflation has increased, we demand from PM Modi to increase the amount received under the scheme.
He said that a large number of farmers have benefited from the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
Let us tell you that under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Rs 6,000 is given annually by the Central Government to the registered farmers. Three installments of Rs 2,000 each are deposited in the farmers’ accounts in a year. At the same time, online e-KYC is mandatory to avail the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Through e-KYC, farmers can link their Aadhar card to the scheme, so that the amount can be transferred directly to their account.
Under this scheme, 18 installments have been released so far and farmers are now waiting for the 19th installment. The 18th installment was released on 5 October 2024. It is being said that the 19th installment will be released by the Central Government under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in the month of February 2025.
