Jan Suraj leader Prashant Kishore had already announced that if the government does not cancel the BPSC exam, he will start a fast unto death. In this regard, Prashant Kishore had said that “My demands are to cancel the examination and conduct the examination afresh. He said that I also demand action against those corrupt officials who have allegedly created corruption in the posts to be filled through examinations. Was put up for sale.
The government had called for talks after the police lathi charge. Then a delegation of protesters met Chief Secretary Amrit Lal Meena. After meeting him, Prashant Kishore announced that if Nitish Kumar’s government would wait only for “48 hours” to take action on BPSC paper leak and then he would intensify his agitation.
Prashant Kishore said that this fast will continue until the government cancels the BPSC exams. He said that the entire education system in Bihar is in disarray. He said that papers of different examinations are being leaked one after the other and the government is not doing anything. He said that our demands also include implementation of domicile policy.
