New Delhi, March 31 (IANS). Eid-ul-Fitr is celebrated after the Pak month of Ramadan. This is a special day for Muslims. The moon of Eid has appeared in the country on Sunday, after which the festival of Eid will be celebrated with great pomp on Monday. President Draupadi Murmu and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar have greeted the countrymen on Eid.
President Draupadi Murmu has greeted the countrymen on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr. The President said in his message that on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, I congratulate and congratulate all Indians living in India and abroad, especially Muslim brothers and sisters.
The President said that Eid-ul-Fitr is celebrated after fasting and praying during the holy month of Ramadan. This festival strengthens the spirit of brotherhood, cooperation and compassion. This festival also encourages social bonding and inspires us to create a harmonious, peaceful and prosperous society. Eid is an opportunity to encourage the spirit of sympathy, compassion and charity. I wish that this festival brings peace, progress and happiness in everyone’s life and gives us the power to move forward with a positive attitude.
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar also wished the countrymen on Eid-ul-Fitr. He said that on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, I wish all the citizens of our nation heartfelt. This festival of Eid reminds us that cultural diversity and solidarity is the center of our power. This festival is not just a celebration, but a symbol of the constitutional ideals of our diversity democracy like unity, compassion and mutual honor.
He said that on the festival of this Eid, we should re -express our commitment to the values that give direction to our lives and keep us united as a strong, prosperous nation.
