The Congress on Tuesday alleged that it was running away from major issues agitating the country, including Manipur violence, about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s foreign visit.
Party General Secretary Jairam Ramesh targeted the Prime Minister’s foreign trip to five countries before him.
Prime Minister Modi will travel to five countries from July 2 to attend the BRICS summit in Brazil and to deepen India’s relations with several major countries of ‘Global South’.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, during this eight -day visit, Modi will also go to Ghana, Trinidad and Tobago, Argentina, Brazil and Namibia.

Ramesh claimed that the disclosure of the defense officers is shocking that India suffered defeat in the first two days of ‘Operation Sindoor’ due to the Prime Minister’s decisions.
He said, “It was constantly claimed by President Donald Trump that he had a ceasefire between India and Pakistan using the trade agreement. Even after 70 days, the terrorists of the Pahalgam attack could not be brought into the dock of justice.”
