The BJP said on Monday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has fulfilled his promise to punish the terrorists behind the Pahalgam terrorist attack and destroy their safe bases.
Addressing a press conference, BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra said that Modi had vowed that India would enter and kill terrorists in their house and destroy terrorist bases.
He said, “Prime Minister Modi’s decision and indomitable courage of our armed forces have merged terrorist bases into the soil. It was Modi’s promise.” He said that Operation Sindoor, launched on May 7, has completed its 100 percent targets.
He said that the kind of military and non-monsoon action India has taken under this operation is unprecedented and it has given a decisive message in the war against terrorism.
Patra claimed that even Islamic countries like Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have supported and Pakistan has been isolated globally. He said that India has shown that no part of the neighboring country is out of its reach.
On the question asked about the badly trolling of Foreign Secretary Vikram Egyptian by a class of right -wing activists after India and Pakistan agreed to stop military action, Patra said that his party respects all those associated with this campaign, whether they are armed forces or bureaucrats.
He said that social media is a means, but it cannot be the basis for the country to decide its action.

Patra said that India can proudly say that Operation Sindoor was successful in fulfilling its target 100 percent. He appreciated national unity behind the action of the armed forces.
He said that India not only killed more than 100 terrorists at nine terrorist sites in Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Kashmir, but also destroyed 11 Air Force bases in the country in Pakistani retaliation.
He claimed that more than 50 Pakistani soldiers were killed in one of these attacks on the air locations. He said that for the first time a country has destroyed the air bases of nuclear -powered nation. He said that under Operation Sindoor, Pakistan has lost nine terrorist site, 11 Air Force base, more than 100 terrorists, 50 soldiers and their honor.
The BJP leader said that India and Pakistan have agreed to stop military action, but India will break this consent in future terrorist attacks.
