Barnala, 23 April (IANS). Punjab’s cabinet minister Lal Chand Kataruchak, Punjab’s Bhagwant Man Sarkar, reviewed the wheat procurement arrangements at Barnala Grain Mandi on Wednesday. During this time, he claimed to have ensured the arrangement of wheat procurement across Punjab and providing all kinds of facilities in the mandis.

He said, “All kinds of facilities have been provided to farmers, laborers and traders in the mandis. Along with the purchase of wheat, farmers, laborers and traders have been provided in the entire Punjab, as well as their crops are being paid immediately in their accounts, while the lifting work in the mandis is also continuously continuously.”
Apart from this, the cabinet minister condemned the terror attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. He said that the Punjab government is standing with the victim families.
It is noteworthy that after the horrific terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, there is all-round condemnation worldwide. The attack took place in the Basaron Valley on Tuesday, the terrorists fired indiscriminately at the people (most of the tourists). At least 26 people were killed and several others were injured in the attack.
Search operations are being carried out after the attack. Security forces on Wednesday released pictures and sketches of some suspected terrorists. According to security forces, three terrorists have been identified as Asif Fuji, Suleman Shah and Abu Talha in this attack.
