Ahmedabad, 1 March (IANS). Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav reached Kalupur railway station in Ahmedabad on Saturday, where he participated in an event organized by the Rail Line Development Authority.
During this, he talked about the redemption project of Ahmedabad Kalupur railway station and described it as a big gift for the city of Ahmedabad. He said that this project will be completed in 4 years. It is designed keeping in mind the culture of Ahmedabad. In this project, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have also provided their inputs.
The Railway Minister further said that under this project, the city of Ahmedabad will get a world -class station. Many new innovations have been made in the process of construction, so that it can be completed rapidly with high quality.
Ashwini Vaishnav also said that the most modern technologies of today are being used to build the station of Ahmedabad. The foundation work in the construction of the station has been completed and now every floor work will be completed in 20 to 25 days.
Talking about the bullet train project, Vaishnav said that this project will be completed very soon. He accused Maharashtra leader Uddhav Thackeray of delaying the project. He said, “Uddhav Thackeray delayed this project for two and a half years, but now this project has gained momentum and the coming generation will benefit from it.”
The Railway Minister said that under this redevelopment project, the city will be connected to the elevated road, the road network will be increased twice. This will make it easier for Ahmedabad to reach the railway station from different parts of the city.
