Durg, September 15 (IANS). Former Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot on Sunday reached the MLA residence in Bhilai Sector 5 and met the family of MLA Devendra Yadav. He met MLA Devendra Yadav’s mother and all the family members and enquired about their well-being and health. It is worth noting that MLA Devendra Yadav has been arrested on charges of being involved in the violent incident that took place in Baloda Bazar a few days ago.
Sachin Pilot told MLA Devendra Yadav’s mother to take care of her health and take food and medicine on time. He also told the family members and MLA Devendra Yadav’s elder brother Dharmendra Yadav to take care of their mother. He said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has sent him here so that he can enquire about Devendra’s family’s well-being and inform him.
He expressed confidence in the entire family and said that as long as he is there, they need not worry about anything. The entire Congress family and the people of the state are with the young leader Devendra Yadav. Fearing the popularity and fame of Devendra Yadav across the state, the BJP government is hatching a political conspiracy against him. But truth can be troubled, but not defeated. One day MLA Devendra Yadav will win and he will come out of jail with full pride.
He said that the committee formed by the state Congress has already visited Bilaspur and Balodabazar jails and innocent people of the Satnami community were made to sign blank papers. They are being pressurised to take the name of Devendra Yadav, and threats are being made to drag the family and even impose NSA. Sachin Pilot has termed the attitude of the government as wrong.
Dharmendra Yadav told Pilot that only two people are allowed to meet Devendra once a week. Pilot said that Devendra Yadav has been arrested forcefully and a political conspiracy has been hatched against him. The incident that happened in Baloda Bazar happened openly, which was a big failure of the state government. Law and order has completely collapsed.
