New Delhi, March 16 (IANS). Kadam Singh, father of Union Minister and MP from Alwar, died on Saturday at the age of 90. His death has raged a wave of mourning. It is being told that his health suddenly deteriorated on the day of Holi, after which he felt difficulty in breathing. He was admitted to Fortis Hospital in Gurgaon, where he breathed his last.
When Bhupendra Yadav came to know about his father’s death, he was at a program in Udaipur. He immediately left for Gurgaon and reached his native village Jamalpur at 4 pm, where his father was cremated. Many prominent leaders like Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, Haryana ministers Rao Narveer Singh, Omprakash Dhankhar and Baba Balaknath attended the funeral and expressed their condolences to the bereaved family.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also talked to Bhupendra Yadav on the phone and consoled him and prayed for a stamina to the mournful family.
Many prominent BJP leaders including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP National President JP Nadda, Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini expressed condolences on the death of Bhupendra Yadav.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis expressed grief over the death of Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav’s father. Devendra Fadnavis wrote on the social media platform X, “BJP in -charge Ma. Hearing the news of the sad death of the revered father of Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav.
The life of Kadam Singh, father of Bhupendra Yadav, was an inspiration. He served in the railway department in Ajmer for a long time. During his tenure, he worked as Superintendent in Ajmer. Bhupendra Yadav’s schooling also did from Ajmer. After retiring, Kadam Singh started living in his native village Jamalpur and regularly similar to the people of the village. Kadam Singh was also a good player of Kabaddi and his lifestyle was strong and disciplined.
