Raipur, Aug 31 (IANS) Bhim Army founder and MP from Nagina in Uttar Pradesh Chandrashekhar Azad reached Raipur on Sunday to join the party’s Samajik Nyay Yatra.
During this, he said that at the behest of the government, the police administration suppressed the people of the Satnami community. Due to this, there is a lot of anger among the people of the deprived community.
He said that this is the first phase of our journey to Chhattisgarh. There will be three more such journeys and people will be united. Our protest will continue against the oppression being done by the government here and the people of the Satnami community being deprived of their rights. I believe that the people will take account of the oppression from the government. But in the future we will have to become strong. For this, we will do it for the people of Chhattisgarh.
In fact, a huge public meeting has been organised in Raipur for the release of people jailed in the Balodabazar violence case in Chhattisgarh. Bhim Army chief and MP from Nagina, Uttar Pradesh, Chandrashekhar Azad is participating in it.
Azad Samaj Party and Bhim Army Bharat Ekta Mission had organized Samajik Nyay Yatra in all the districts of Chhattisgarh. After the completion of 15 days of Samajik Nyay Yatra, a public meeting is being organized in the Science College Ground of Raipur on Saturday.
