There was a fierce clash at a high profile wedding organized in the capital Delhi. This fight is not between the common people but between the UPSC coach and the trainee IPS officer. The matter reached the point of fighting. The coach claims that the trainee IPS hit him on the head with a glass, due to which he bled badly.

This case is from Kapshera area of South West Delhi. A grand wedding ceremony was organized in the area on the night of 6 December. According to the coach, many big people were present in this marriage. Then there was a clash between UPSC coach Vikas Dayal and trainee IPS Rahul Balhara. The situation reached the point of scuffle. The people present at the wedding tried hard to convince both of them. Meanwhile, the trainee IPS threw the glass in his hand on the coach’s head and hit him. Due to this, the coach suffered deep injuries on his head and there was a lot of blood loss.

This entire incident has been captured in CCTV camera. Delhi Police says that we are investigating the matter. There was an argument between the two regarding some matter. Both have filed complaints against each other. Something can be said on the matter only after the investigation is completed.
Coach shared the video
Vikas has written a long note while sharing the video of the fight on the X platform. Vikas says that Tripura cadre trainee IPS Rahul Balhara of 2023 batch attacked me. He threatened to destroy me. My friend took me to the hospital, Rahul has filed a complaint against him also.
IPS accused of bullying
Vikas told that Rahul has threatened me that he will ruin me and my close ones. He also tried to blackmail my parents emotionally. He also threatened to file a false complaint against me. How can a common man expect justice? When injustice is done by the police.
