New Delhi, October 13 (IANS). Senior NCP (Ajit faction) leader Baba Siddiqui was shot dead by some unknown assailants in Mumbai on Saturday night. After this incident, all the leaders of the country have expressed grief.
Delhi government minister Imran Hussain spoke to IANS on Sunday. He said, “I am deeply saddened by this incident. Baba Siddiqui was a social person. Strict action should be taken against this incident.”
Congress leader Rashid Alvi said, “It is a very unfortunate incident. Baba Siddiqui was a very good leader. I had good relations with him. A leader who got security. If he is killed like this inside Mumbai, then how can the common man protect himself?” Will feel safe. Wherever there is a BJP government, this is the legal system of Yogi Adityanath. That there is good law and order in Uttar Pradesh. Just now four people were killed inside Amethi. We have not even been able to forget this incident when a second incident happened under the BJP ruled government.
Union Textiles Minister Giriraj Singh said, “Maharashtra government has intensified action against the criminals. It is hoped that no matter who the criminals are, those involved in this will not be able to escape. This is the resolve of the Maharashtra government.”
BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain said, “Yesterday Baba Siddiqui was shot dead. He was a good leader. He was a three-time MLA and also a minister in the government. Leaders of Shiv Sena’s Uddhav faction and Congress are making cheap statements. The opposition wants to do politics in this hour of grief. Two accused have been arrested. They are being searched. “
