Here a brother-in-law attacked his own brother-in-law with a knife. According to the police, the brother was angry when the sister had a love marriage 19 years ago. Now 19 years later, the brother-in-law murdered his brother-in-law out of false honour. After the murder the accused fled from the spot. Police is searching for the accused.
Came to in-laws house after 19 years of love marriage
It is being told that the incident took place on May 5 when Zakir Ahmed Khan along with his wife Baby had gone to his in-laws’ house to see his ailing mother-in-law. Actually, Zakir Khan, a resident of Hajiapur, had a love marriage with Baby in 2005. Baby’s brother Saeed was opposing this marriage from the beginning. After marriage there was tension between both the families. There was no communication between the families. Saeed’s mother was ill for the last four months. After mother’s illness, daughter Baby used to come home sometimes.
Zakir had gone to see his sick mother-in-law
Baby also had to go home on Sunday. Baby insisted that her husband Zakir also go to her house to meet her mother. After which Zakir, baby and his son reached mother’s house. It is being told that brother-in-law Saeed had seen his brother-in-law in the house. Saeed started fighting with Zakir. In anger, Saeed stabbed Zakir nine times with a knife on his chest and stomach, resulting in the death of the brother-in-law. After the murder, Saeed fled from the spot. After the murder, there was chaos in the hospital between both the families. Police intervened and pacified both the parties.
