Sonbhadra News: State Fisheries Minister and Nishad Party chief Dr. Sanjay Nishad, who reached Sonbhadra on Monday to review the implementation of the schemes of the Fisheries Department, sharply retaliated on the statement given by the National President of SP and people associated with his party. While talking to the journalists, he took a dig at the statement given by former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav that encounters are conducted on the basis of caste and said that the criminal has no caste. SP comes to power only with the help of criminals and hence keeps giving them protection. Dr. Nishad advised Akhilesh that he should avoid such statements because such statements increase the morale of criminals.

Sharp target: SP people are increasing caste frenzy

The Fisheries Minister also made a sharp comment on the alleged controversial statement given by Mahbool Ali, who was a minister in the SP government, about the rapid increase in the number of his community and winning the 2027 elections on his own. Any political person should avoid caste hysteria and caste based speech but the people of SP are engaged in promoting it.

Population control law is the answer for such people

Dr. Nishad made a big allegation on SP and said that the way statements are coming from SP people about increasing hysteria in a particular community. The correct answer is population control law. That’s why this initiative is also being taken. Said that India is a secular country. People of all castes, religions and communities have the right to live here. Said that in the 2027 elections, the public will give a befitting reply to those who have feelings of enmity in the society.

Said on Tirupati issue that lottery system should be implemented

Minister Sanjay Nishad, on the alleged political controversy over the Tirupati-related laddu issue, said that giving tender for an important commodity like ghee at just Rs 350 per kg shows that there is corruption in it. Said that DPR should be prepared as per the standards and tenders should be made accordingly. It would be better to implement lottery system and give supply orders to experienced firms.

Said on by-election: Will follow the alliance religion

On the situation of Nishad Party in the by-elections being held in UP, he said that his party will follow the principle of coalition. Whether there is any candidate from Nishad Party in the by-election or not.. but said that NDA alliance is contesting on all the seats. On the questions raised on the appointment of DG, he said that he had suggested reconsidering some points. At present the appointment of DG is better for the management of the Fisheries Department. When management is good, results will also be good.

Investigate leases that have been violated under the Revenue Code

The Fisheries Minister said that during the departmental review, some shortcomings were found regarding the leases taken for fishing, for which investigation has been directed. Instructions have been given to investigate the leases in which the Revenue Code 2016 has been violated and to ensure allotment of leases to the eligible people.
