Ayodhya, 3 February (IANS). Ramnagari has given a new record this time. From 26 January, more than one crore devotees have reached Basant Panchami i.e. February 3 in Ayodhya. It is considered to be the spring of the devotees.
Devotees are swinging to the tune of Rama. Every devotee who arrives in Ayodhya amid vigilant administrative arrangements is Gadgad and is shouting Modi and Yogi along with Shri Ram. At the same time, lakhs of devotees performed bathing and worshiping on Basant Panchami on Monday.
Mahakumbh is held in Prayagraj for the first time after Ramlala is seated in the grand temple. It was already speculated that devotees who reached Mahakumbh would also reach Ayodhya. In view of this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had also removed the army of officials of the government to keep an eye on the arrangements in Ayodhya. Strict instructions were given that no devotee should suffer. He directed the officials even after a public meeting in Milkipur on February 2.
Bathing started from morning on Basant Panchami in Ayodhya. The process of bathing and donation continued till noon. Meanwhile, the devotees turned to the monasteries and temples for darshan. There was a wave of devotees in the Ram temple and Hanumangarhi till late evening.
The center of faith of the devotees remains the Ram temple. Around three lakh devotees are receiving blessings from Ramlala daily. The trust has made extensive arrangements for this. The temple is being opened for 18 hours for darshan. At the same time, queues of devotees are also seen daily in Hanumangarhi.
Basant Panchami’s monastery temples of Ayodhya are popular. The saints and saints played color. During this time, God is also installed in the sanctum sanctorum. Ramlala, who was seated in the sanctum sanctorum on Basant Panchami, was wearing new yellow clothes.
According to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, Ramlala was also planted as Gulal. As a prasad, the archak also applied mutual gulal. Kheer, puri, nuts, fruits and other dishes were offered.
There is a large area to bathe in Prayagraj, but Ramlala is the center of devotees in Ayodhya. In such a situation, it was not easy to handle a large number of gathering crowds at the same place, but the strategy of administrative understanding and officials made it easy. IG Praveen Kumar says that road diversion has been done. Apart from this, parking arrangements have also been made. A large number of police forces have been deployed. Devotees are being seen on the basis of security standards.
Mandalayukta Gaurav Dayal said that our officials are monitoring the fair area for 24 hours. There are arrangements for stay of 25 to 30 thousand people. Apart from this, vehicles have been installed to send those sleeping in the open to the shelter site. A large number of devotees have reached Ayodhya. Their facilities are being taken care of.
