'Start engineering and medical education in Tamil ...', Amit Shah surrounded Stalin on the issue of language

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday asked Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin to start engineering and medical education in Tamil in the state.

Taking a dig at the Chief Minister on the issue of language, especially in view of Stalin’s opposition to Stalin, Shah said that the Narendra Modi government has made changes and now ensured that CISF candidates can take the exam in their respective regional languages.

Speaking on the 56th Foundation Day of CISF at RTC Thakkolam in Ranipet, about 70 km from Chennai, the Home Minister said, “Now Prime Minister Narendra Modi government has ensured that the exam can be taken in Tamil as well.”

He further said, “I appeal to the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu to start engineering and medical education in Tamil in the state for the benefit of students.”

He said that the culture of Tamil Nadu has played an important role in strengthening the cultural stream of India.

Shah said on the occasion, “Whether it is administrative reform, attaining spiritual heights, education or unity and integrity of the nation – Tamil Nadu has strengthened Indian culture in every field.” On this occasion, a spectacular mail, yoga performance and commando operation were also performed between the continents.
