Strict instructions of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Pakistan’s citizen attacks, told the army- ‘Give a strong answer’

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has recently directed the Indian Army to take strict action against the Pakistani Army for drone attacks targeted by civil areas. Sources said that Rajnath Singh has said that strict and punitive action should be taken against the Pakistani army targeting Indian citizens along the Line of Control.

Amid India-Pakistan tension, the Defense Minister will hold a meeting with the Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) and heads of the three armies in Delhi on Saturday. Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also chaired a meeting on this serious matter, which included Defense Minister, National Security Advisor, Chief of Defense Staff and other senior officials including heads of the armed forces.

India’s response to Pakistan’s ceasefire violation

In the last few days, Pakistan has intensified its activities in Poonch and Rajouri sectors. The Indian Army has strongly responded to Pakistan’s ceasefire violations at many places. On Friday, the Indian Army stopped Pakistani drones targeting more than 20 cities of Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan and Gujarat.

Pakistani Army should be given effective and strict response

The attack was the second day of increasing tension between the two countries. Amidst these incidents, India’s armed forces are working with great vigilance and the safety of citizens is being paramount. Rajnath Singh demanded that the Pakistani army be given effective and strong reply, so that peace can be established on the border.
