Assembly elections in Bihar are close and meanwhile, political fierce fight over the SIR (special intensive revision) issued by the Election Commission has intensified. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has openly termed it as ‘theft of votes’, while now let us know what independent MP Pappu Yadav has said in his statement in his statement. Pappu Yadav has directly attacked the Election Commission and the Central Government. He said, “22 lakh voters died, 35 lakhs disappeared and 7 lakhs registered twice, so what about the elections held so far?”
The first Lok Sabha should be dissolved – Pappu Yadav
Pappu Yadav questioned the Election Commission and said that “nothing was known for 16 years, but how did all this come out in a month? If it was really fraud, then the Prime Minister and other leaders have also been elected by the same votes. The Lok Sabha should be dissolved first.” He said that if the allegations of fake votes in the assembly elections are correct, then those assembly constituencies should also be dissolved immediately. Pappu Yadav said that the demand for transparency in elections will now take the form of agitation.
The same happened in Maharashtra and Delhi elections – Pappu Yadav
Giving the example of Maharashtra and Delhi elections, Pappu Yadav accused the BJP of coming to power with ‘back door’. He said, “40 lakh votes are cast in Maharashtra after 5 pm, the same happens in Delhi. The Supreme Court has also said that names should be added, not cut. But their entire mentality and mental level are such that they will have to go to jail. They are not just stolen, committing robbery.”
Take on installment released for farmers
Pappu Yadav also took a dig at the installment released by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for farmers. He said, “Does this money come from his house? It is the money of taxpayers of India. Everything is marketed, earlier used to take the name of the army and God, now farmers are also marketing. That installment is the right of farmers, not someone’s grandfather’s property. It is wrong to present it as donation.”
