But it is necessary to tell the whole story. While the Modi government is in competition to take credit for this incident, but the truth is distant from his claims and the truth is disturbed. The result of diplomacy is also that the first major action in this direction took place on 11 November 2009 when the NIA filed a case against David Coleman, Headley, Tahwwur Rana and others in New Delhi. In June 2011, the US court acquitted Lashkar -e -Taiba in the conspiracy. The UPA government publicly disappointed this decision and maintained diplomatic pressure.
