The Enforcement Directorate conducted raids at several places in Tamil Nadu on Thursday. Sources said that about 10 campuses are being raided in the state, including Balaji, some government contractors and campuses associated with other institutions.

The role of ED DMK leader, who is also the Electricity Minister of Tamil Nadu, is investigating a former money laundering investigation in the State Transport Department in the State Transport Department.
The federal agency has arrested him in this case and he is currently out on bail.
