Tamil Nadu News : Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin had made a major reshuffle in the cabinet on Saturday i.e. 28 September. Governor N Ravi administered the oath of office to Chief Minister MK Stalin’s son Udhayanidhi Stalin as Deputy Chief Minister at the Raj Bhavan on Sunday. Along with this, four MLAs including Senthil Balaji have been administered the oath of office. Let us tell you that Chief Minister M.K. Stalin’s cabinet reshuffle recommendations were approved by Governor RN Ravi on Saturday itself and time was given for the oath ceremony at 3.30 pm on Sunday, September 29.
Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi administered the oath of office and secrecy to Chief Minister MK Stalin’s son Udhayanidhi Stalin at the Raj Bhavan on Sunday. With this he has become the new Deputy CM of the state. After this, former minister Senthil Balaji has been administered the oath of office. Along with him, Dr. Govi Chazian, R Rajendran and SM Nassar have also been given place in the cabinet.
Resigned after arrest
Senthil Balaji has earlier also been a minister in the MK Stalin government. ED had arrested Senthil Balaji on charges of money laundering after his name cropped up in the job scam. Senthil had resigned from his post after his arrest. However, later the Supreme Court granted bail in the money laundering case. After this he has once again been included in the cabinet.
Let us tell you that Senthil Balaji had said regarding the job scam that he has been falsely implicated. This has been registered under vendetta politics. He said that I will face the court and fight the legal battle and will win this fake case also. He said that I am grateful to Chief Minister Stalin and Minister Udhayanidhi.
Three ministers including Thangaraj were removed
Chief Minister MK Stalin has handed over the Planning and Development Department along with the Youth Welfare and Sports Development Department to his son Udhayanidhi Stalin. Along with this, he has also been made Deputy Chief Minister. At the same time, reshuffle has also been made in the Higher Education Department. Minister Dr. K Ponmudi will now take over the responsibility of Forest Minister. Three ministers, including Mano Thangaraj, who was holding the responsibility of Dairy Development Department, were removed.
