Crime News Desk!!! An incident of robbery took place in Guna by taking mother-in-law and father-in-law hostage. Late in the night, six miscreants stormed the house and took the mother-in-law and father-in-law hostage at gunpoint and then committed robbery. The robbery incident in Dungasara village of Myana police station has raised questions on the functioning of the police.
According to the police, mother-in-law and daughter-in-law were held hostage at the point of knife and blade in Dungasara village. After this, robbery worth lakhs of rupees was committed. Out of the six miscreants, two miscreants took women hostage and two miscreants stole gold, silver jewelery and money kept in the house. Meanwhile, two other associates of the miscreants were standing outside the house with a motorcycle. Mahesh Sharma is a clerk in Guna tehsil, in whose house the robbery took place. Both the women were alone at home at the time of the incident. After committing the robbery at around 1.30 in the night, all the miscreants managed to escape. Women are scared after the accident.
After the miscreants left, the victims informed the police.
After being freed from the clutches of the miscreants, Saroj Bai informed her husband Mahesh Sharma over phone. After which Myana police also reached the spot. Police inspected the spot and activated the team. Clerk Mahesh Sharma’s wife Saroj Bai told that the dacoits had gagged her. He put the gun on his head and said I will kill you, otherwise I will kill you. We have come only to collect the women’s letter and will leave. After the escape of the dacoits, the police is now busy in investigating the matter. At present, the police have registered a case against unknown criminals and started investigation. Patrolling has been increased in the area. Overall, this incident has exposed the promptness of Guna Police.
