Advocate Santosh Kumar Pandey, BJP leader Mishra, said that the court has set the date of July 14 for hearing in the above case.
The MP-MLA court issued a warrant against Rahul Gandhi on December 2023. In February 2024, Rahul surrendered in the court and was granted bail on two bonds of Rs 25-25 thousand.
