Varanasi, 3 April (IANS). Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that our generation is fortunate, which has seen the rich heritage in front of his eyes. The long legacy of revered saints saw him taking embodiment in Ayodhya Dham on 22 January 2024, when Ramlala seated Ramlala in the grand temple of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi after 500 years from the Karakamal of Kashi MP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Chief Minister and Gorakshapeethadhishwar Mahant Yogi Adityanath performed Bhoomi Pujan of Shri Ramjanaki Temple at Kashmiriganj on Thursday. He worshiped here and also fed jaggery to cows.
He said that the Sri Ram Janmabhoomi movement increased at a fast pace under the leadership of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, saints and Ashok Singhal. When people used to say that this work is impossible, the focal point of movement Ashok Singhal ji used to say that no work is impossible. Pujya saints also used to say that this is the resolve of our life and we will be successful. My revered Gurudev, Dada Guru, Paramahamsa Ramchandra Das Ji Maharaj, Pujya Nan Gopal Das Ji Maharaj, Satua Baba etc. were also associated with this campaign. When I used to ask these saints what would be Maharaj, he used to say that success would be found. I used to say that your age is getting up, how will you get success. They used to say that they will be born again, but Ram temple will be built in Ayodhya. There was only one resolution, in any case, the construction of the Rashtra temple has to be given a grand appearance through the Ram temple.
Chief Minister Yogi said that in the Triveni of Maa Ganga, Yamuna, Saraswati, everyone has seen the grand-divine Mahakumbh Prayagraj. More than 66 crore devotees participated at one place in the 45 -day event. The world was overwhelmed to see this. He had unimaginable, unforgettable view in front of him. Those who used to say that there is discrimination in Hindu society, their eyes remained open that everyone is bathing in the same confluence. There is no distinction between caste, opinion, sect. This is the correct identity of Sanatan Dharma, the identity which Mahakumbh again gave.
The Chief Minister said that the credit for the grand appearance of the grand Rashtramandir goes to the Kashivasis, because he has sent such a representative and sent it to Parliament. All this work is being done through PM Modi’s work. Kashi has given such a representative to the country, who are not only fulfilling the resolve of the ancestors, but are also working to give a grand appearance to the Rashtra Mandir. The history of this ancient Ram temple is very glorious. People show heat on achievements up to 50 years, but the history here is seven to seven hundred years. In the 1398 Samvat, Anantacharya Ji Maharaj, the first disciple of Jagadguru Ramanandacharya ji, established the Ram temple here. Presently Samvat 2082 is going on.
The Chief Minister said that foreign invaders have teased it, that is, there must have been something here. History suggests that Jagadguru Anantacharya, his disciple Narharidas and his disciple Goswami Tulsidas spent the five years of the Vedas-Vedanta at this place for the study of Veda-Vedanta. The recitation of Ramcharit Manas and Sundarkand of Tulsidas is done in every Manglik work in the house of every Sanatan Dharmavalambi. The planting of that seed is done from here and its focal point is the ancient Shri Ram temple.
CM Yogi said that many knowledgeers, ascetics, sacrifice accepted it as the land of Karmasadhana. Baba Keenaram, Swami Vivekananda, Maa Anandamayi, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Jagadguru Bhagavatacharya, Jagadguru Shivramparacharya, Mahant Ramchandra Das Paramahans Ji Maharaj, president of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas, Mahant Nritya Nritya Gopal Das Ji Maharaj of the present president Maniram Das Cantonment, former MP Ram Vilas Vedanti etc. It is from here that he started the life of sannyas.
CM Yogi, referring to Swami Dr. Ramkamalacharya Vedanti Ji Maharaj as the 23rd generation of this tradition, said that this is an innovative attempt to conserve heritage, which is new inspiration, light and path to every Sanatan Dharmavalambi. I used to say that Mahakumbh is a program of revered saints, they will lead it. With this, the blessings of the gods and fathers will be obtained on their own. This also achieved success by Mahakumbh.
