According to the Meteorological Department, the deep pressure area formed over Saurashtra and Kutch today can turn into a cyclonic storm in the eastern Arabian Sea. According to the Meteorological Department, a deep pressure is now going to enter the Arabian Sea. Due to which there is a possibility of stormy rain in Kutch and Saurashtra. This is the first rare storm of its kind in the Arabian Sea since 1964, which has originated above the land and is wreaking havoc in the Arabian Sea.

According to IMD, this storm will have the greatest impact on Kutch, Saurashtra and coastal areas of Pakistan.
