Jodhpur, September 7 (IANS). Union Tourism and Culture Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat reached Jodhpur on Friday. During this, workers welcomed him enthusiastically at the airport.
Talking to journalists at the airport, Shekhawat said that industrial development in India was included in the BJP’s resolution and manifesto. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had talked about building such industrial corridors at 14 places in the country. After this, we all together tried to ensure that Jodhpur also gets this gift.
He said that being the second largest city of Rajasthan, Jodhpur has all the possibilities of industrial development and adequate arrangements of land, water and energy. Naturally, Jodhpur is a city which can be developed industrially. For this, I congratulate Prime Minister Modi and Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma for making every effort to ensure that Jodhpur gets the blessings for this success.
On the question of by-elections, he said that there is still time, let the Haryana elections be over. Our party BJP does not only prepare for elections, our party is a working party. These days the Bharatiya Janata Party is running a membership campaign across the country. In this we will make members and make members workers. We will make workers leaders and in this process elections will keep coming and going.
On the question of promoting tourism, Shekhawat said that there are immense possibilities in tourism in the country. India is still a big center of tourism all over the world, the world’s attraction towards India is increasing. India is developing under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. Our government is committed to further increase tourism in the country. He further said that PM Modi worked in the interest of people of all classes. Due to the efforts of Prime Minister Modi, 25 crore people have risen above the poverty line.
