Patna, September 15 (IANS). Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal while addressing party workers at Aam Aadmi Party headquarters on Sunday announced his resignation from the post of CM after two days. After this, politics has heated up.
Senior BJP leader and former MP Sushil Singh said that you people think that this is a big announcement, but this is nothing. There is no bigger dramatist than Arvind Kejriwal in the politics of this country. The work that he should have done long ago, he is doing it now. When his name came up in the liquor scam or when he was arrested, he should have resigned from the post of CM.
He said that the public is also understanding that this is Kejriwal’s drama. He has taken this step to emotionally attract people towards him. The people of Delhi will never forgive such people and will definitely teach them a lesson when the time comes.
Meanwhile, BJP MP from Delhi Yogendra Chandolia said that Kejriwal has decided to resign under the pressure of the Supreme Court. The condition imposed by the Supreme Court has tied Kejriwal’s hands and feet. Now he will make Sunita Kejriwal the Chief Minister and himself enjoy the Sheesh Mahal. The people of Delhi have come to know about Kejriwal’s drama.
In fact, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal while addressing the party leaders said, “When I was in jail, the BJP people asked me why Kejriwal did not resign from his post. I have come to ask you whether you consider Kejriwal honest or guilty. After two days, I am going to resign from the CM post. I will not sit on the CM’s chair until the public gives its verdict. You will give your verdict, then I will sit on that chair.”
