Patna, October 10 (IANS). Senior Janata Dal United (JDU) leader and Union Minister Lalan Singh on Thursday expressed grief over the demise of famous industrialist Ratan Tata. He said that the entire country is saddened by his demise.
Lalan Singh said, “Ratan Tata’s demise is a sad incident. He had made invaluable contribution to the industrial development of this country. He gave a new direction to the Indian industrial world. Today, with his demise the country has lost a famous industrialist.”
Let us tell you that Ratan Tata breathed his last on Wednesday at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. He was suffering from health related problems for a long time, due to which he was admitted to the hospital recently. Ratan Tata’s departure is a big loss for the country. The invaluable contribution made by him in the industrial sector can never be forgotten. He has created many examples in the industrial field. Ratan Tata played an important role in taking the Tata Group to great heights. Apart from the industrial sector, he also actively participated in social work.
Arrangements have been made to keep Ratan Tata’s body in a portable cold storage mortuary. People will be able to see his mortal remains at the National Center for Performing Arts till 4 pm.
On Monday, news of Ratan Tata’s health deteriorating was revealed. After this it was posted from his social media X handle. Which said, “Thank you everyone for worrying about me! I am absolutely fine. No need to worry, I have come to the hospital for a routine checkup for age-related diseases. ,
Ratan Tata was 86 years old. He was born on 28 December 1937. He was the Chairman of Tata Group from 1991 to 2012.
