Mahua moitra wedding: Trinamool Congress (TMC) fiery leader and Lok Sabha MP Mahua Moitra has quietly married senior leader of Biju Janata Dal (BJD) and Puri MP Pinaki Mishra. The private ceremony concluded in Germany on 3 May, whose information has now been revealed. At present, both the leaders are avoiding saying anything publicly on this subject.

According to a report by the British newspaper The Telegraph, the wedding took place in a very private manner in Germany. In a picture surfaced, Mahua Moitra is seen smiling in traditional dress and jewels. This picture is going viral on social media and has become the basis of marriage confirmation. However, till now neither Mahua Moitra nor his party TMC has made any official statement on it.

Mahua Moitra’s personal life has been in the news before. He first married Denmark investor Lars Brorson, who later ended in divorce. She then remained in a relationship with lawyer Jai Anant Dehdrai for three years. He later called him a cheating lover.
Mahua’s first Lok Sabha tenure was also surrounded by controversies. He was accused that he raised questions against industrialist Gautam Adani at the behest of a rival businessman. In an interview to The Guardian before the possible expulsion from Parliament in November 2023, he admitted, “My choice in men’s case has been very poor.”
Pinaki Mishra: A senior advocate and experienced leader
Pinaki Mishra was born on 23 October 1959. He is a senior leader of the Biju Janata Dal and MP from Puri Lok Sabha seat. In 1996, he defeated the then Union Minister Braj Kishore Tripathi after winning the election on a Congress ticket. Senior advocate Pinaki Mishra by profession has practiced in various High Courts and major tribunals including the Supreme Court of India.
Even though both leaders are silent about this private ceremony, their wedding picture has given rise to new discussions in the political corridors.
