Ujjain, 21 April (IANS). In Madhya Pradesh, ‘Jal Ganga Conservation Campaign’ is being run to enable water sources to enable water storage. In this sequence, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav participated in the cleanliness drive of Kshipra river in Ujjain on Monday. He also respected the cleaning friends.
Actually, ‘Jal Ganga Conservation Campaign’ is being run in the state from March 30. This campaign is going to run till 30 June. Under this, water structures will be repaired, they will be cleaned so that their water storage capacity is increased.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav took a dip in the Kshipra River in Ujjain and performed aarti along with worship. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav wrote on the social media platform X, “One step towards water conservation … Today at Ramghat in Ujjain, he participated in cleanliness work under the ‘Jal Ganga Promotion Abhiyan’ with Safai friends and honored the cleaning friends. With the grace of Kshipra Maiya, all the works of cleanliness, development and public welfare are being completed. ”
He further wrote in the post, “This is the wish of water conservation with the blessings of Maiya, this is the wish. We all know that water is the basic basis of our life, its conservation is our duty. Come, let us all together make the water bodies clean and preserve. ”
He also mentioned the position of Betwa River and the change in it. He wrote, “The origin of the Betwa River was being affected due to many water wells, but when it was worked on the ‘Jal Ganga Promotion Abhiyan’, the flow of Betwa river from the original Gomukh started again. With the blessings of Kshipra Maiya, the sacred resolution of water conservation is also fulfilled, this is also fulfilled. Do. ”
This year, Panchkosi Yatra is going to take place in Ujjain from 23 to 27 April. Special arrangements are being made by the administration for this visit. A large number of devotees from the city and rural level will participate in this journey. Many stop sites are near water sources on the route of the journey, that is why their security arrangements have also been made strong.
