Prayagraj, 3 March (IANS). On the instructions of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the state -of -the -art mist blower and mini fogging machines used in Mahakumbh will be used throughout the state. These machines were successfully used in Mahakumbh, which gave relief from mosquitoes and flies to saints and devotees. Now these machines will be deployed in various districts, so that the state can be made insect-free.
This type of experiment will be done for the first time in Uttar Pradesh. Machines with modern technology will be handed over to the municipal corporations and the health department.
In Mahakumbh, the saints and devotees are ready to hand over the state-of-the-art 107 blower mist machines to the municipal corporations. At the same time, 110 mini fogging machines will be handed over to the Health Department.
In making the akharas insect free, machines will now be used in various districts of Uttar Pradesh. This mini fogging machine is very effective under the control of dengue, chikungunya and malaria. The most important thing is that the automatic machine is capable of reaching people within 30 minutes as soon as the call is made.
Dr. VP Singh, the nodal joint director (vector control) of Mahakumbh, informed that 107 blower mist machines will be handed over to the municipal corporations of the state. It will prove to be very helpful in spraying garbage and dirt. At the same time, the Health Department will be assigned 110 mini fogging machines, which will be able to impose effective ban on dengue, malaria and chikungunya. They will also be used extensively in flood affected areas. Apart from this, they will also get a lot of help in cleaning and vector control.
At the fair, Dr. Anand Kumar Singh, Assistant Nodal and DMO of Vector Control, said that the automatic blower mist machines used in Mahakumbh remained so effective that they could reach any place within 30 minutes of calling. On the same lines, the moving vector control unit will now be operated across the state, so that in case of infection or mosquito problem in any area, immediate fogging and mist blower can be sprayed.
On the special instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, a comprehensive service is being started to protect against mosquito-dowry. Now the general public will also get immediate facilities. Through these machines, immediate fogging and pesticide spraying facilities will be available in the affected areas.
In Mahakumbh, large -scale spraying work was done with petrol -powered blower mist machines. Now these machines will be handed over to the municipal corporations, so that the garbage and dirt can be sprayed. Especially in flood affected areas, this technology will prove to be extremely useful, as there is more risk of dirt and mosquito growing after floods.
When a case of dengue or malaria comes to light, the patient’s house and 50 houses will be sprayed under vector control. In this campaign, these mini fogging machines will prove to be extremely effective and it will help to curb diseases like dengue-chicungunya.
After success in Mahakumbh, now the UP government is going to implement this technology in the entire state. This will prevent diseases caused by mosquito-makkis. Also, there will be a big step towards making the state clean and healthy.
